Keeping track of customers and what they purchase allows you to better know your customers and their buying habits. This information helps your employees recognize your best customers to ensure they receive individual attention.
Steps to Display a Customer's Past Purchases
- Go to 'Customers Tab' > Click on 'All Customers'
- Search for specific customers by typing in their First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number or Rewards ID into the search bar. Sort the customers by either Last Name, Email, Phone Number or Rewards ID by clicking on the arrows near the field you wish to sort them by.
- Click 'Invoices' in the row for that customer to the customer's past purchases
- Click the tabs on top to view the customer's past purchases by order for either today, this week, this month, this year or for all time.
