Highline is able to give your store the ability to update your customer's relationships via the iOS application. Store associates can update information such as email, first name, and last name at anytime.

Steps to edit a customer using the iOS

  1. Select the 'Customer' menu
  2. Search for the customer
  3. Select the customer by click the 'i' next to their name
  4. Click 'Edit' in the top right hand corner
  5. Edit first name, last name, and/or email
  6. Click 'Done'
