Support on iOS

  1. On the sign in page, scroll down and click on the 'i' next to 'Help and Feedback'
  2. The Knowledge Base will appear > Choose a category for support
  3. If the Knowledge Base does not answer your request, click on 'Send Us a Message'
  4. Type in your request > Click 'Next'
  5. Related Articles will appear to further assist your request
  6. If none answer your request, select 'Skip'
  7. Enter 'Email'
  8. Enter 'Name'
  9. Click 'Send'
  10. An Email will be sent with your request and we will get back to you right away.
