Synopsis

Highline offers the ability to customize email receipts to extend a retailer's brand. The customization includes:

  1. Display Name
  2. Domain / URL
  3. Logo Image
  4. Custom Receipt Text Such as Return Policy
  5. Receipt Header Image

Follow these simple steps to setup your receipts.

  • Go to settings icon on the main screen > Click on 'manage account'
  • Select the 'General' tab
  • Enter information such as
  1. Display Name
  2. Domain / URL
  3. Logo Image
  4. Custom Receipt Text Such as Return Policy
  5. Receipt Header Image
  • Click on 'Update Account'
  • The information will now appear on the store's email and paper receipt.
