No return policies are created equal. Highline provides functionality to display custom text on your paper and electronic receipts, and to set the return policy to either: Store Credit, Refund, or None. When changes are made they are instantly appear as a menu option on the Highline iOS Application.

Steps to create a customized receipt text

  1. Go to the 'Account' icon on the main menu > Click on 'Manage Account'
  2. The 'General' tab will appear with the 'Edit Account' screen
  3. Scroll down to 'Return Policy' > Select 'Refund' ,' Store Credit', or 'None'
  4. Scroll down to 'Custom Receipt Text' and customize the text to fit your stores return policy
